When booking an appointment via the website, Facebook or directly with myself, please be advised that full payment is required within 24 hours of booking to secure your appointment time.

If you need to cancel your appointment for whatever reason, please contact me.  Providing the cancellation request is received more than 24 hours before your appointment time, you will receive a full refund via the original payment method.  

If you need to rearrange your appointment, please give at least 48 hours notice where possible.  If notice is received less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, your booking will be subject to the cancellation policy and a new booking will need to be made.

Events, workshops and training

Please note that due to the time involved in planning events, resources purchased and associated costs with venue hire, in the event of cancellation no refund will be given.

As with all holistic and complimentary therapies, the effects and results of treatments are based on the individual and can vary between person to person.  Where benefits are scientifically proven, appropriate and up to date research will be used and quoted.  Relevant advice will be given based upon my professional opinion as a holistic therapist, however, I am not medically trained and therefore am not qualified to give any diagnosis.  If I believe there to be something that requires further attention, I will direct you to the appropriate organisations who can be of further assistance.
