What is Indian Head Massage?
Indian Head Massage is an ancient grooming technique originating in India that has been developed as a complimentary therapy in the West. It can be used for a number reasons and ailments as well as part of a stress management programme. It can be performed through clothes which makes it a fully adaptable therapy and used in a variety of situations. Indian Head Massage involves using pleasant smelling oils being massaged into the neck and shoulders as well as the back, arms, scalp and face.
